🇫🇷 CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE

NR Tennis Coaching

1. Tarifs

Les tarifs des prestations proposées par NR Tennis Coaching sont exprimés en dollars américains (USD) toutes taxes comprises (TTC).

Le prix des prestations est fixé pour une durée d’un an et reste valable tant que le contrat est renouvelé dans les mêmes conditions.

En cas de résiliation du contrat par le client, les nouveaux tarifs en vigueur au moment de la souscription d’un nouveau contrat seront alors applicables.

2. Remises – Affiliation et Famille

Une remise de cinq pour cent (-5%) peut être accordée dans les cas suivants :

• Apport d’un nouveau client (affiliation)

• Inscription de plusieurs membres d’une même famille

Les remises ne sont pas cumulables sauf mention contraire.

3. Droit de rétractation

Le client dispose d’un délai de sept (7) jours à compter de la date de souscription pour exercer son droit de rétractation, à condition qu’aucune séance n’ait été commencée durant cette période.

Toute séance entamée entraîne la renonciation au droit de rétractation.

4. Modalités de remboursement

Les séances non utilisées pourront faire l’objet d’un remboursement uniquement dans les cas suivants :

• Déménagement du client

• Mutation professionnelle du client

Un justificatif pourra être demandé afin de procéder au remboursement des séances restantes.

5. Paiement en plusieurs fois

Les paiements en plusieurs fois sont exclusivement réalisés via le compte PayPal du client.

NR Tennis Coaching ne propose plus de facilités de paiement directes afin de limiter les risques d’impayés.

6. Portail client et gestion des réservations

Chaque joueur dispose d’un portail client personnel permettant de consulter le nombre de séances restantes.

Sauf dans le cas où une date récurrente aurait été fixée à l’avance, il appartient au client :

• de réserver le court de tennis, et

• de planifier la séance avec le coach via la plateforme de réservation mise à disposition.

7. Conditions d’annulation

Toute annulation effectuée moins de douze (12) heures avant le début de la séance entraînera le décompte de la séance correspondante.

Dans le cas où NR Tennis Coaching annule une séance moins de douze (12) heures avant son commencement, une séance supplémentaire sera offerte au client.

1. Pricing

All services provided by NR Tennis Coaching are priced in United States Dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Prices are fixed for a period of one (1) year and remain valid as long as the contract is renewed under the same terms.

If the client terminates the contract, the new pricing in effect at the time of any subsequent subscription will apply.

2. Discounts – Referral and Family

A five percent (-5%) discount may be granted in the following cases:

• Referral of a new client (affiliate referral)

• Enrollment of multiple members from the same family

Discounts are not cumulative unless otherwise stated.

3. Right of Withdrawal

The client has a period of seven (7) days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that no session has commenced during this period.

Once a session has started, the right of withdrawal is waived.

4. Refund Policy

Unused sessions may be refunded only in the following circumstances:

• Client relocation

• Professional transfer or job reassignment

Supporting documentation may be required to process any refund of remaining sessions.

5. Installment Payments

Installment payments must be made through the client’s PayPal account.

NR Tennis Coaching no longer offers direct installment payment options in order to minimize the risk of unpaid fees.

6. Client Portal and Booking Management

Each player is provided with a personal client portal displaying the number of remaining sessions.

Unless a recurring session schedule has been agreed upon in advance, it is the client’s responsibility to:

• reserve the tennis court, and

• schedule the coaching session through the booking platform provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made less than twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled session will result in the session being deducted.

If NR Tennis Coaching cancels a session less than twelve (12) hours prior to its start time, one additional session will be offered to the client.

2. ສ່ວນຫຼຸດ – ການແນະນຳ ແລະ ຄອບຄົວ

ສ່ວນຫຼຸດ 5% ອາດຖືກນຳໃຊ້ໃນກໍລະນີຕໍ່ໄປນີ້:

• ການແນະນຳລູກຄ້າໃໝ່ (Affiliate)

• ການລົງທະບຽນຂອງສະມາຊິກໃນຄອບຄົວດຽວກັນ

ສ່ວນຫຼຸດບໍ່ສາມາດນຳມາລວມກັນໄດ້ ນອກຈາກມີການລະບຸເປັນຢ່າງອື່ນ.

3. ສິດໃນການຖອນຕົວ

ລູກຄ້າມີໄລຍະເວລາ 7 ວັນ ນັບແຕ່ວັນທີລົງທະບຽນ ເພື່ອໃຊ້ສິດໃນການຖອນຕົວ ໂດຍທີ່ຍັງບໍ່ມີການເລີ່ມຮຽນ.

ເມື່ອໄດ້ເລີ່ມຮຽນແລ້ວ ສິດໃນການຖອນຕົວຈະຖືກຍົກເລີກ.

4. ນະໂຍບາຍການຄືນເງິນ

ການຄືນເງິນສຳລັບຄອສຮຽນທີ່ຍັງບໍ່ໄດ້ໃຊ້ ຈະຖືກອະນຸຍາດໃນກໍລະນີ:

• ການຍ້າຍຖິ່ນຖານ

• ການຍ້າຍວຽກງານ

ອາດມີການຮ້ອງຂໍເອກະສານຢືນຢັນ.

5. ການຊຳລະເງິນແບບຜ່ອນຊຳລະ

ການຊຳລະເງິນແບບຜ່ອນຊຳລະ ຈະຖືກດຳເນີນການຜ່ານບັນຊີ PayPal ຂອງລູກຄ້າເທົ່ານັ້ນ.

NR Tennis Coaching ບໍ່ມີການຜ່ອນຊຳລະໂດຍກົງ ເພື່ອຫຼຸດຜ່ອນຄວາມສ່ຽງໃນການຄ້າງຊຳລະ.

6. ພອດທັນລູກຄ້າ ແລະ ການຈອງ

ຜູ້ຫຼິ້ນແຕ່ລະຄົນ ຈະມີພອດທັນລູກຄ້າສ່ວນຕົວ ເພື່ອເບິ່ງຈຳນວນຄອສທີ່ເຫຼືອ.

ຖ້າບໍ່ມີການກຳນົດວັນຮຽນປະຈຳລ່ວງໜ້າ ລູກຄ້າຈະຕ້ອງ:

• ຈອງສະໜາມເທນນິດ

• ຈອງເວລາກັບໂຄຊ ຜ່ານລະບົບການຈອງ

7. ເງື່ອນໄຂການຍົກເລີກ

ການຍົກເລີກທີ່ເຮັດພາຍໃນ 12 ຊົ່ວໂມງ ກ່ອນເວລານັດ ຈະຖືກຫັກຈາກຈຳນວນຄອສ.

ຖ້າ NR Tennis Coaching ຍົກເລີກການນັດພາຍໃນ 12 ຊົ່ວໂມງ ກ່ອນເວລານັດ ຈະມີການມອບຄອສເພີ່ມໃຫ້ 1 ຄັ້ງ.
